Does anyone remember this antenna, my question is what was the co-ax connection on this antenna was it a “F” connection, my coax came off mine up on the tower and I can’t climb it anymore

It used an F connector with a 300 to 75 ohm balun adapter. It was a very similar design to the Antennacraft Scantenna.

emtprt is correct. Something similar to this:

Maybe some local ham might be able to help you fix it. It's probably best to bring the antenna down and clean it up good and possibly renforce it if you're planning on keeping it operational for awhile after going through the trouble of running new coax.

If You have one up in good shape, Keep it.
Basically a vertical dipole. A balun shown by IMONITOR, the twin lead, one connects to the upper elements, the other to the lower elements.. The "F" connector on the coax goes to the mate female on the balun. Coax is 75 ohm such as RG6.
The setup is just like an old days TV antenna.
My suggestion is find someone that can go up the tower and replace the balun and coax.
Clean the connection points for the balun with a wire brush and run a quality RG6 cable
rplacing the old. Weather seal everything at the antenna, and if you need to pull new coax through entry point the old coax is great for that.
These have long been discontinued by Channel Master, but regarded as one of the best scanner antennas that can be had.

After examining the coax which detatched from the Antenna 5094A the balun has totally disintegrated from weather, I doubt anyone sells that pigtailed balun to replace it ?

This is a typical VHF/UHF 300-75 ohm balun--nothing special. Many of us have many different models in our junk boxes.
At Amazon, you can get 3 for about $8 (Note: When I once went though my junk box, I found some of them had more loss than others so at that price, you might want to buy and test several models.)

Great antenna, we had one on the roof of our firehouse for 27 years and replaced the balun once.

Using a 5094A into a 5-port C. Country Wireless multi-coupler here. It seems a fine antenna for Mil air especially. My BC-780 seems a bit deaf nowadays, ( it is not attenuated) but the Channel Master makes my old RS 2045 roar.

You can still buy them, common with some TV antennas.

If you really get stuck in a can of pickles over this, let me know. I'm sure I've got one in a parts box in my garage that I'll be happy to send you.

My spare baluns are those like from Amazon. 'somwhere', I have a number of commercial grade left over from Cablevision. Difference is the cheapies top out about 800 Mhz and poor at 50 Mhz.
The industrials are good to 1 Ghz and fair on 50 Mhz. Ruggedized and weather boots.
I think the maker was Scientific Atlanta.
