You might want to checkin over at ScanNewEngland, they have been
right on-top of the changes for the RISCON 800 however I only see the PD listed there on the 800 right now.

I know Charlestown Fire is on TG1429 simulcast but I have yet to hear any Charlestown EMS on Riscon unless they are ENC like South Kingstown EMS is now.
