Is this the pursuit the same one that KTLA is following now??? They have mentioned a second passenger, however, nothing has been mentioned about a hostage.
The one I'm following was initiated in the Topanga Division of the LAPD for a DUI and the driver is possibly on his third strike.
We have KTLA on cable up here.
