Did I read a license correct, that. Chatham County will be switching from VHF/UHF to P25 on 2/10/2024?

Chatham County fire & EMS and Pittsboro & Siler City police are already on VIPER. The only conventional system I monitor anymore is the sheriff on 453.800.

But that is patched to VIPER, not 100% VIPER. The license(if I read it correctly) said P25(Simulcast).

Nothing wrong with that, could easily take 3 years to build it out.
