I'm having trouble with my Uniden SDS100 transmitting the traffic. I've activated the NXDN and I've programmed using the Sentinel Software. What am I doing wrong?

How Close to PLEASANTVIEW are you?
How far are you from the Cross Plains Site?
Which Site did you Program?
Did you include all Frequencies for the site with LCN's?
Did you enter the Talkgroups you want to hear?
Do you Have an Outside Antenna?

Thanks for the response. I used to live in town in the middle of Pleasant View. I currently live in Cross Plains (less that a quarter mile from the site). I've tried to program for Robertson County, but the outcome was the same as I mentioned before, the scanner seems as though it's receiving, just not transmitting. I travel through Cheatham County to get to work, so I've tried to program for that county, but the results are the same. It seems as though something is encrypted. As far as programming; I'm programming the complete TN Homeland Security District 7. I'm not avoiding anything. While listening, I might receive one or two calls within 10 to 15 minutes. I've also programmed Robertson County from the THSD7 and It isn't transmitting. I do not have an exterior antenna, but I did upgrade to the 800 Mh antenna. I assumed that programming from the Sentinel Software would automatically download the LCN's and proper talk groups. I used to listen to scanners in the past was everything was conventional, but not since Trunking took over. On a side note; I can pick up Sumner County and it stays very busy. It's not NXDN. I appreciate any help and feedback.

Just a side note Adding all sites is a waste of scanning time (the time it takes to scan everything and get back to the start of your list.)
