Hey guys, i'm down in Chesapeake this weekend and bought my scanner and programmed Chesapeake PD and over the past 5-8 hours i've had time to listen, i've noticed that they no longer dispatch using the offense codes such as 2900,3500,5300, it's all plain English, when did this occur? it's been about 2 years since i last listened due to being unable to get them anytime i came down

I’ve never heard CDL, I’ve heard CDO, Command Duty Officer or Command Duty Official
