Using the free CHIRP software and am trying to import from the rr database (I logged in and am a premium subscriber) and entered zip code (NYC) but it just opens an empty "Import from file" window and when hovering mouse outside of the window it's just a loading icon that goes on what seems like forever. Could anyone help me figure out what the issue is/how to important NYC first responder frequencies to CHIRP? Thank you so much in advance.
