CHP "Henry" Units

I'm not talking about the helicopters, but ground units that i.d. as "Henry One". I hear them here in the East Bay (25 and 143 areas) and they don't sound like traffic officers. They seem to only go 10-8 and 10-10. Could these be the Senior Volunteers?
