Installed the Citgo DMR Turbo today in 996P2 and works perfect .,,,The frequencies rotate constantly and color codes rotate on each TG so I can't really assign one to a certain TG....,Very busy system , some new TGs found 123,130,117,139 and 120.....

Doesn't sound like you have it programmed as a MotoTRBO Trunking system, it's a Cap+ system. That's not the behavior of a properly programmed Cap+ system.
Well, i see the TGs, UIDs, and color codes and good audio while is trunking, so what am i missing ??
Talkgroups shouldn't be getting hung up on frequencies. It sounds like you programmed like a conventional DMR system. You will see all that information, but if it's set up properly, it will trunk track like a P25 trunking system which you're familiar with.
Were you prompted or programmed LCN's, color codes per frequency at the site level? ID Scan..?
Programmed as a P25/TURBO, site has freqys with LCN, using mode2 which shows TGs-UIDs-CCodes and third line shows freqy being used, NO conventional at all....Mode1 shows "cap"....
You mentioned in your description how color codes are rotating constantly and that you can't assign a talkgroup to a frequency. Can you perform an ID Hold and not miss a transmission? If so, you're good, just wasn't clear how you described it.
