Some more details about us... We have 1100 subscribers; about 800 of those are first responders like police and fire. Our infrastructure is a 5 site P25 Phase 1 simulcast with 17 dispatch consoles. Most of what we do is infrastructure and subscriber management, meaning we rarely do subscriber installs since that's typically handled by a vendor. We support a variety of capabilities on our system like OTAP, OTAR and PTToC. Our team also provides on-scene communications and mission-system support to first responders of large or complex incidents.

It is difficult to find folks in our line of work these days. We have had to recruit from the military here locally just to keep our shop staffed and we will be looking again in another year or so.
