I see that the city of Port Neches, has filed an application, which is pending before the FCC, for an 800 MHz digital simulcast TRS. Will this be part of the TxWARN TRS?

No. They, along with all Mid/South Jefferson County agencies, and all LE agencies in Hardin County, are joining the Jefferson County / City of Beaumont system, which has been renamed to the South East Texas Regional Radio System.
When is the move going to take place??
