Yep. Sarnia fire will be AES next year. I've been monitoring the frequencies and Police seem to be using one of the frequencies, or Police is patched in for testing or something.

Sarnia Police left their P25 DES XTS/Spectras and went APX AES. Added a couple of towers around the city for better coverage. One is at the mall now attached to the Cineplex.

Fire is moving over for interop, because we all know how often interop channels are every used between Police and Fire. Now Fire will loose interop with Point Edward and Lambton County since they will be staying on DMR, unless they do a VHF analog freq link with OFM or something.
Let's see what happens next year.
