Coast Guard in Ohio

In the wiki entry for the Coast Guard, it mentions them moving to P25 LMR frequencies (United States Coast Guard - The RadioReference Wiki). Has anyone heard them being used in Ohio?

Also, my 2096 won't let me enter several of the frequencies because of the step size. Will the GRE PSR600 allow these to be entered?

I beleive you can enable those step sizes in the VHF High Band on the 600. On my 500 I can enable them through the WIN500 application. I had this same problem with my old Pro 96 but my Uniden BC296D accepted them without an issue.
