Can COIRS (Del. Co., Dublin, Worthington...) be monitored on a Uniden Trunck Tracker III? If so, how do you program it?

Tks.

If the model number on the scanner you're referring to is BC346XT, then no, it cannot pick up COIRS. COIRS is a digital broadcast and the BC346XT is an analog scanner.

You can receive them with any digital scanner. I don't know what model scanner you have, but I believe the digital scanners started with the trunk tracker IV. The BC346XT is a trunk tracker IV, however it is analog only. You would need a 396T, 996T, 396XT, or a 996XT from the Uniden line.
I would obtain a premium subscription and download the system from this site as it is quite large using all the talk groups. You could just enter the frequencies but you would hear everything on the system and you would not know who you were listening to.
There is one system for Delaware County and one for Dublin/Worthington. I receive both quite well on a BCD396T in Grove City, which I could never do when they were conventional.
Also you may want to check out the C.O.I.R.S. website at: http://ddw800.blogspot.com/
