Column headings in DB listings

I know there's tool tips that are supposed to display when you hover your mouse cursor over the column headings in the DB.

In my case, they only work (and only sometimes) for the first entry on the page. Usually, the headings are physically at the bottom of the display and the tool tips are near the top. As I scroll down the page, the tool tips don't appear. I think they're being displayed off screen but can't be sure (because I can't see them).

I'm wondering if there's a coding problem with whatever makes them appear?

FYI, my system is Win XP Home SP2, IE 7.0

Hmm, you know I have noticed that also and looking carefully (after your post) it seems as if the ToolTip is set at some relative place on the page as opposed to some relative place on the screen. As you scroll down, the ToolTip goes up the screen until it disappears off the top. Using the Amarillo Airport page shows how this happens.

I looked through the "bug report" facility we have and did not see it mentioned, so I filed a report.
