COM problems w/freeSCAN & 246

Greetings,

I just downloaded freeSCAN v2.05 and I'm unable to virtual control, upload or download to my 246. My drivers are up to date.

What am I doing wrong? Any assistance appreciated....

*edit: Nevermind...I read the manual and found where I erred. Thanks for looking.

Use device manager to check the com port # and and baud rate setting. Verify the correct baud rate is set in the scanner. In freescan go to Scanner menu, click "control scanner". Click "com port setup". Click start auto. Frescan will then attempt to find com port for you. Verify settings and you should be connected.
