Anyone know what frequency(s) and mode the radios use at the Army CoConemaugh Dam site in Indiana County? I believe they used to be on 163.025 MHz FM haven’t heard anything in years.

The frequencies I provided are for the CONEMAUGH GENERATING STA, INDIANA, NEW FLORENCE, PA. I was assuming it is a hydroelectric plant. I just checked and found out it is a coal fired plant. Oops!
