Just saw this patrol car in the city (south shore of Montreal) stopping a taxi.
The cruiser had only red flashing markers no blue markers and with a long whip antenna along with three 2 inch little nub antennas just above the front window
After about 30 minutes he gave the taxi a long multi page document that is when i saw the green uniform Controle Routier .
MTQ freq in the mtl monteregie area in the 140 172 freq eg long whip antenna but what are the 3 extra short wstubby antennas
