Is there an quick - easy way to convert the .usd or freescan files over to the radio shack format? Ive tried freescan .csv file export as well.

Depends if the RS scanner software has an import tool. Be more specific about which RS software you're trying to use. You may end up using copy/paste, maybe even use Excel as an intermediate. We have such a procedure outlined in our wiki 73 Mike
