PLEASE someone tell me that 151.16MHZ is still being used by the Centerpoint Fire Department. Recently I have heardly hear anything on this freq. Before it used to be busy. I know that 151.16MHZ is Channel 1 and I also have channel 2. They also use 800MHZ as well. Have they started to change over to 800?
I know that CPFD will not anytime soon change over to digital trunking because I have talked with them about that and they are not big fans of it.

It might just be some slow days but wanted to check and see if anyone on here knows anything??

Thanks,
Kenny

Yes! CPFD is still on VHF. I've heard them this moring. For some reason, I haven't been hearing them on 800 Mhz. May just be that I listen to several systems and my scanner just isn't on the JeffCo System long enough and/or at the right time.

Oh ok, the CPFD was at my school this morning (station 4) and they had two handhelds each, WT and W2 radios. Thought maybe they are switching over two a diff freq. I have the scanner up loud so I wont miss anything and its being streamed on www.firefeeds.com and www.post2444.info/feeds.php

FYI...my feed on firefeeds.com is up 24/7 however feeds.php is off and on.
