Hi all, I have an issue where CPS is not showing up on my software entitlements in MyView.
I ordered the APX and MOTOTRBO CPS last week, and never received an email on how to download it. After contacting Motorola support it just so happened to come the next day, but then I saw it was only showing up under the features section and not the software section and thus I am unable to download it. I contacted Motorola again, they said the issue would be resolved within 24 hours and the customer service rep would have the case close in 72 hours, sure enough it did not resolve in 24 hours and I contacted the rep again who said he would forward it to the "corresponding team" and so far it's been 6 days without hearing anything back from them.
My question is, is there any other way in MyView to get it and if there is not what do you recommend I do? Should I call up support rather than emailing tomorrow?
