Never mind I googled it and found out. I would guess there would maybe be some type of security company, probably directing traffic and what not. With so many people passing out and what not you will probably hear alot of comms on the ems channels

Some of the action at Creation (East) is on Ham freqs. Volunteer crews are once again being recruited for public safety and ham functions.
