CT Police freqs in Rhode Island

Does anyone know if Troop C or any CT Police freqs- Ids come in In Rhode Island? Like Westerly area and the beaches. Iam going there next week and want to know if I will be able to get Trrop C Tolland down there. can anyone tell me if i can or not.

In my experience in going to Rhode Island, The only control channel I've picked up is 868.3375, So I'm guessing the answer is NO, But I could be wrong, Then again it depends on what kind of antenna you're using and stuff like that.
