I'm sure those that like to tantalize people with pictures of these stock get some sort of satisfaction out of it. I use everything I have.
In order to troubleshoot any system not only does one need to know the value and plus or minus tolerance but also need to know which components can be tested while still mounted and some that have to be disconnected on one end to get an accurate reading. The average operator generally does not have the equipment nor the know how to do an evaluation like it should be done.
These old radios can be a pain to work on and get working halfway decent. Without the right stuff and experience you will really be better off letting someone that knows and is equipped to work on your Dak. I've been trying to find someone myself.
