Data submited but not entered

I sent in some info for Sask a while back, I got an e mail saying it was put into the database but I dont see it. I sent Colby a couple of messages and the info is still not found nor did I get a reply. It should have went into Enterprize. Is there a problem with the database?

There is no Enterprize in the database. This was advised to you when contact was made.

When I look at the sask data base there is an Enterprise RM shown. Thats where the info should be. I also had a look at the email and there was no such statement saying that Enterprise was not in the Data base.

So I am still wondering why this info has not been entered. I have sent a few pm's to colby and never got any replys. Am I out of line for asking this? This database is only as good as the info submited. My intention is not to piss anyone off, I only want to provide accurate info for all to enjoy.
