In the past some people have had that trouible with Norton AV or Norton FW.

I think Norton just sees the size of the data and tries to check the whole database for MPSCS one byte at a time, I would quess if you waited long enough it would finally load.

A few people have had trouble with the MPSCS database when running Norton.
