There was a brush fire in Lower Alsace Twp, Berks Co today. The DCNR is staying the nite to watch for hot spots. They are using the 154.6725 pl 79.7 Fire District 17/Hopewell rptr/Nolde forest EEC/French Creek State Park complex located in Union Twp near Geigertown. The input is 158.9175 WQLP 350.

So that's where it was! I heard them talking on it and started riding through French Creek State Park looking to see if they were doing a controlled burn or whatnot. My house is about a mile from the south entrance of the park, I had no idea that repeater had that much coverage.

That repeater has pretty wide coverage...all the way past King of Prussia area. That's a good 25 miles.
