DEA HF - Atlas callsign

So where exactly did these guys move to? In the early 2000's I used to hear them frequently on 19131 kHz. I was thinking COTHEN but I don't even recall hearing Flint a/c up.

During the 70's & 80s I listened to them on 18.666 mHz. Atlas would do phone patches between aircraft and residences in the US.

I seem to remember Atlas being based close to Cedar Rapids at a Rockwell Collins location?

I heard they went satellite, but I can't confirm. I would like to know as well. That was my "main utility listening" back in the 80's and 90's.

I used to actively monitor 11.076, 14.686, 18.171, 19.131, and 23.402.5 Mhz USB......
