if that list is accurate, and those are the talkgroups you're after...appears they are mostly encrypted.

Yes, they did, back when Palmetto 800 transitioned to a "full" P25 system about 2 years ago.

As I was travelling back home from the coast today, I thought about the fact that along the southern half of I-95 between the GA state line and the intersection with I-26, the only Sheriffs Office communications in the clear are Hampton, Dorchester and Orangeburg. All others are encrypted now.
