Is DelCo on the Chester County trunked system?

I don't see a dedicated DelCo radio system in the database, but I do see Chester County under Delco.

TIA

No. The Chesco system is listed there because there is a tower site for that system physically located in Delaware Co. Delco uses conventional frequencies, most of which are listed in the database; they are a few years out from having a trunked system their own and that will be listed in the database once it is on the air and information is gathered and submitted.

No, Delco still uses conventional 500mhz T-band frequencies in analog, what's listed in the database is still accurate as of this posting. The county is in the process of upgrading to a new P25 Phase-II system, quite a lengthy discussion on that here

They are still on T band in Delco, however for the last few years they were considering going to the 700 trunked band, not sure when, from what I hear monitoring delco, it seems to be all of delco on t band, some fire districts and fire police have talk around repeaters I guess for fireground operations instead of using the county system, other times on fireground it seems to be simplex t band operation.
I did hear in the past speaking to fire police, that if a large grid needs to be shut down and traffic redirected due to fire ops they sometimes have trouble communicating to each other with portables on t band, seems to really be line of sight.
I think fire police district 1 & 11 have access to a talk around repeater or so that’s what I’ve been told, I have not verified this.
