The fair started today and things are usually interesting. Much happens on the Mutual aid talk groups. Fire and EMS will be on the Kent county TGs. The Fair also has its own freqs. most of the time using Dover Downs freqs. Harrington FD repeater 155.505 will carry almost all of the fire and EMS calls
