The Democratic Caucus Meeting at the Kingsmill Resort & Spa is going on between Wednesday to Friday. As with last year, http://www.radioreference.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61062, the U.S. Capital Police are providing security and are using 168.3500 MHz. James City Special Events 1 (TG 1267) is providing emergency medical services. Kingsmill is using TG 1311 to help in the coordination. James City PD used their Traffic TG 1102 for a motorcade on Wednesday. Last year, President Bush, as well as former President Clinton, attended. More to follow.

Apparently, the Democrats don't like rain. The scheduled morning tours of Williamsburg and Jamestown have been canceled.

In listening last night to 168.350 MHz, there were "party" rooms with bands. However, by 11:00 PM, everyone left to return to their rooms.

The meeting is starting to break up and they are preparing to take buses from Kingsmill to the train station in Williamsburg. James City County PD units are using TG 1102 (Traffic) for the motorcade. Williamsburg PD is using their primary talkgroup (1178). The bomb dogs from the U.S. Capital Police have already swept the train station.
