I’m guessing you looked to RR but found nothing? You might try looking for who owns/manages the property. I found this;
While the facility is owned by the City of Hartford, it is managed by the State of Connecticut's Capital Redevelopment Authority and HSG operates as the primary tenant.

I don’t know who or what HSG is but it’s another place to look if you don’t get bites here.

A further check of the property management company revealed nothing other than It is now the home of Hartford's USL Championship club, Hartford Athletic. The various teams probably bring their own radios with them while at the stadium, if they even use them! And there is always the chance they are encrypted-pro and semi pro teams don’t want to be overheard. As for the facility itself, as Reconrider has posted, close call is probably your best bet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they also use some sort of encryption or proprietary trunking. Doing an FCC search on the property management company might help.

If you do happen to identify comms, submit them to RR.

Yes I have searched FCC database by team name, stadium and management to no avail. Will prob have to go the close call route. Looks like kenwood UHF radios but not sure. Thanks all.

Sometimes it is best to just go old school, skip the FCC and sit near-by [on site/on scene] and Search
VHF, UHF, 900, T-Band
To add to Bill's comment, it helps to pay close attention to the MURS/FRS/GMRS bands.
(It helps to keep them always on as you drive, you may never know who you find!)
