hiya i have a new dipole for 88mhz to 108mhz transmitting on 105.5 mhz fm we are having probs with the dipole
i think it has been put up + pole of the two down is this ok or do i have to sack someone thanks amr radio

Wow, I believe you need to explain this a whole lot better than that to get some help.
I have read that over and over and still have no clue as to what you are asking.

if this is for FM radio, then the antenna should be tuned for your freq, NOT the band. the phasing harness must be installed correctly(if this one uses it) and the antenna properly oriented and on the correct side of the tower.

my advice would be to get your engineer to clarify a few things.

MY advice is let the engineer handle it and explain to you for informational purposes only. Not to be insulting or anything but never mind sacking someone, being so clueless the farther you divorce yourself from the radio station the better for all involved.
