In the profile editor under display options, you can select simple mode on or off. On the scanner, while holding on a channel, press the FUNC knob and then 9 to toggle between simple and detailed displays. I hope this is what you are talking about.

In the Sentinel display editor there are tabs at the top corresponding to screen modes.

Did you make sure that you modified the mode that you are actually using? Also, usual caveat about making sure that you wrote the changes to the scanner.

I think you might have to Read From Scanner first, as what you are seeing in Sentinel is an older unedited version, then name it and save it and write it back to the scanner so the same programming is on Sentinel as is on your scanner. Man that made me dizzy just thinking about it. Sounds to me like something wasn't saved somewhere down the line. Or maybe I've had too much prescription medicine today...

The only thing I can think of is going into your Menu to Display Options and choosing 'Set Scan Display Mode'. I would also check and see if you have another Profile that you might have saved that particular setting to?
