I have been hearing two different DMR stations on 451.6625. The first is 451.6625 DMR CC 1 TG 1001 & 1002 which I am not sure but I think this one is a hospital.. The signal comes in about the same signal strength as St Joe's W 5th Campus and Joseph Brant. The other is 451.6625 DMR CC 5 TG 500. This is for sure a hospital as I heard someone referencing being in the OR.
The signal strength of 451.6625 is around the same as HG's 454.2250 and 462.8625 frequencies. I haven't heard HG's NX9 on this frequency lately but their 451.7875 frequency is still churned out NX9 signals.
