DMR/NXDN upgrades for SDS100 if already purchased for BCD436HP

Hello all,

My apologies if this has been addressed before (as I suspect it has), but I was unable to find an answer to my question. I have purchased the DMR and NXDN upgrades for my BCD436HP. If I were to purchase a SDS100, would I have to buy separate DMR/NXDN upgrades for it, or could I use my keys from the BCD436HP upgrades?

They are radio specific. So separate keys for each radio.

The keys are generated from the ESN (Electronic Serial Number) of the radios...
So no, your 436 keys won't work on an SDS100...
New keys, of which you will pay for again, would be generated from the new SDS100's ESN...
