BCD325P2/BCD996P2: DMR upgrade

I have purchased the upgrade and I can not get the the audio to work.
The WX channel is working, I have downloaded from RRDB.
It is set and correct CC and TGID, everything appears correct but it will not pickup audio

I am not getting any audio output from the frequency.
I have it pull data from RRDB.
Sent to the scanner.
I did purchase the upgrade and its set in the menu.
When they talk on the radio, the scanner does not pick itup.
Am I missing something?
The WX channel works and picks up.
Other devices in the same room picks up.
any suggestions?

For me downloading a DMR system from R/R doesn’t work as far as audio, but using that information and loading it by hand it does work, now that’s on my SDS. If I down then load that same information on to my TRX scanner it works just fine as downloaded! Good luck

I am using Uniden BCD996P2.
I had it working at one point but it would have voice for about 5 seconds then go digital.
I cleared settings factory reset scanner, and retried it. But now its not picking up anything.

Who is THEY? If programmed into a favorites list is (are) the applicable service type(s) turned on? Reference "Tag" column if the info is listed in the RRDB

I'd assume no encryption based on the OP's statement below but OP will need to confirm & ideally provide us the RRDB link if listed...

OP's location shows as Trumann, AR. I see in the RR database the PD is encrypted NXDN.

Lepanto is pretty close and law enforcement is encrypted DMR. The EMS system is DMR in the clear.

Finally got audio but only after about 3 seconds. I am missing the whole conversation except for the first 3 seconds or the last three seconds.

CLMRN stands for Connecticut Land Mobile Radio Network. It’s a statewide trunked simulcast system the state police, DMV, DEEP, DOT to mention a few, along certain towns and cities. Ham radio also has their ARES system on the CLMRN, using it in DMR mode.

It is not in the fav list.

Yes I have and when I go into the scanner menu it says its already upgraded,.

What did you do to get the audio?
Is it doing that constantly on all the channels or sites you're monitoring?

I just have the one channel setup to listen to.
