RAS (Restricted Access to System) is a Motorola security feature that stops unauthorized hardware from using (pirating) the repeater. It doesn't affect listening to the output however.

Actually after looking at the database, Alaska Airlines is reportedly using simplex DMR channels. Which means you would have to be within proximity to the area they're using it in to be able to hear it.

i usally listen to two chs ramp 501 baggage 502 but i brought it to work didnt hear them it the siganl five bars but no sound
