DNR district renumbering?

I looked at the DNR district map and each district is now 2 digits lower than it used to be. Is this their error? If not the MPSCS page needs to be changed to reflect the renumbering.

The DNR has restructured and renumbered their districts, but the MPSCS hasn't been yet been reworked to reflect the changes.
