If you are within range, I would enter the unused talkgroups between 8000 and 8025 and scan them. I bet that you will find the talkgroup for Bayou Segnette State Park.

I see that there are 22 state parks in Louisiana. With the 5 district offices, I would expand your scanning to the unused talkgroups between 8000 and 8030.
