If you have bought the software from Don Starr, then you already have the tools to do it.

Sort of. He was selling the file that is used by Win96 to "expand" the frequency range.

This really is a non-feature, most serious scannerist dont even bother with it. Poor performance.

I bought scan hack before I knew about Don Starr's software and never received anything, so I would advise not to buy it.
