I'm new to this, I'm using the live webcast, online here to listen and have been for a couple of months and for 3 days the volume has just went lower and lower and lower. I used my android phone, my computer, my husbands computer and that of my visiting mother and none of them can get above a whisper even at full volume, it's the waterloo/cedar falls/black hawk county one. NOT the Racom system but the other one available. Being it's happening on 4 devices (2 desk tops, 1 laptop and a phone) I'm going to say it's not me.. but if anyone has any advice, let me know. It's like whatever device is being used to broadcast the communications is being moved further and further away from the sound source. RACOM works fine. but that doesn't have anything good on it. I like to listen to the local PD.
