Double CG Limon

CSP had a report of a 18 wheeler running east bound in the west bound lanes of I-70 near Limon without lights, this has resulted in a double CG with two red patents, CSP ART has also been called. This is on Elbert OPS 3 with chef 291 ground contact,

Believe it's closer to Agate at MM-348 and command only wants one chopper at this point.

EB lanes of I-70 are closed and AirLife will be landing on FERN or sTac they can't seem to decide and extrication continues on scene.
