Doveflight on 151.775 3-12-2011 Sat 10:30AM

I heard Dispatch talking to Doveflight One on 151.775 in the Metro Indianapolis/Marion County area.I did a search on this freq by RR search and also a FCC data base search for PHI helicopters for this freq. I found other freqs for PHI but nothing on 151.775..I will be monitoring this freq and see if I hear this again and will try to find a PL tone.

I can just barely hear it in Franklin. Alot of testing and talking. I keep hearing them testing different radios. I sounds like a repeater. I can't get a strong enough signal to decode the PL or DPL.

I haven't heard any radio testing, but if is a repeater thats the Childrens Museum most likly. I also get Mt Vernon Schools on that frequency.

PHI Indianapolis new repeater on 151.7825 at 2001 West 86th Street Indianapolis with 375 watts ERP.
