Is this possible? I am trying to build a radio user database for a local system and really monitor only to identify new radio IDs. Is it possible to lock out individual radio ids? I have given the found ones a priority of 100, but it they are ignored, they just aren't prioritzed.

Try editing the DSDPlus.radios file and for the radio ids you want to lock replace Normal, with L/O, -- this works for the groups file to lock out groups so it is worth a try in the radios file.

Closer to 0 has more priority.

Default is 50
trooper 1 is 50
trooper 2 is 45

Trooper 2 will outspeak trooper 1 because trooper 2 is "higher" in priority than trooper 1.

Radio priorities don't seem to affect group calls. Those calls' priorities are set by the group priority and override values, plus encryption following modes.

In the CC Channel activity window right mouse click on the Talk Group number. That will decrement the priority until it get to L/O. If you Left mouse click on the Talk Group number it will increment the priority level and will move to "HIGH" and "HOLD."

In the same window, if you hit space bar when a Talk Group is active it will also place that TG into HOLD. If you hit the space bar again, it will clear the hold.

You can have multiple TGs on "High", but only one on "Hold."

If you hit space bar in FMP, that will mute the signal and FMP will not process signal. If you have the wrong window active and hit the space bar, you can accidentally mute the signal out of FMP. Fortunately, the activity bar at the top of the window will say "MUTE" if you do that.

Guess how I know that.
