How do you follow a private call? Double-clicking on it on the Channel Activity windows does nothing.

Unless you have them shut off in the Control menu and the priority of the radios are above the threshold, they are followed.
Why would you be double clicking? Right or Left clicking priority field during the call changes the priority of the radio during a Private Call.

Well, just like you can click on a talk group to listen, I was trying to double-click on a private call to listen to it. So if you see a private call pop up, how do we hold on it to listen?

Following it and Holding it are two different things. You don't need to click on a talkgroup to listen (unless your priority setting for it is low), you click the Priority Field to Hold it.

There is no quick way to Hold two radios in a private call. You could make the Threshold very high (low number) then change the radios to a priority higher (lower number) than the threshold. By the time you do that, the call will be over.

DSDPlus -h doesn't show any double-click support.

Pressing the spacebar while monitoring the private call *might* hold on the call. Don't have any here to try it on.

DSD+ never stops on the private call to where I have a chance to press the spacebar. I rarely see private calls. A county next door has the bus TGs encrypted for some odd reason, but sometimes the driver and dispatcher do a private call and then it'll actually be in the clear.

This is confusing because the Control Menu in the Event Log has options for Private Calls, but can't seem to actually make it work.

If you haven't changed the priority for your radios (default is 50) and your threshold is below that, when a radio talks but is not on a talkgroup, it will be ignored.
