DSDPlus DSDPlus.radios hits ?

In the radio file, what's the difference between a rid entry with 0 hits and a date, vs a rid entry with 0 hits and a date of 0000/00/00? Like this?

0 hits = no PTT's from that subscriber

There was a point where DSD+ would not log the date/time of subscriber affiliations; the ID would populate but it would be all zeros as in your 4547119 example. At some point I believe they fixed that, and the software will now timestamp affiliations properly.
