My sites file and sitesloader file is the same. Have no idea why you need two separate files. In fact, I believe somewhere in the notes is says to just copy and paste one from the other

My sites file is organized logically by protocol.networkID.siteNumber, while my site loader file is organized by popularity - most monitored systems/sites at the top, including some conventional and/or analog entries. I wouldn't want to be forced to choose one or the other.

I'm new with the whole siteloader and site files.

I think siteLoader is to define the sites with names correct?
I did that but I'm still seeing the 1.29(...etc) site numbers instead of the name tags I gave them. Can you explain/show a picture how it looks when it's setup correctly?

No. That's what the .sites file is for.

Conv, 1, 2, "444.4000 Analog VE3TWR"

Couple of questions about the above data -

One, I see you didn't put a modulation in for the WX conventional channel. Did DSDPlus accept that?

Two, are the YYZ and TWR repeaters actually analog or P25? I'm trying to set up my siteloader file to have some P25 Conv channels. I'm wondering if "(freq) FM (channel name)" will work, or if I can put in P25 (though that's not listed in the supported protocols in the siteloader file).

Yup. It's copied straight from the docs/comments in the site loader file.

Analog.

I have some P25 conventional entries in my file. Don't recall having any issues. Maybe they forgot to put P25 conventional in the docs or support was added later.
