Dual handhelds antenna compatibility

I have the need for a better antenna than rubber duckies for both the Baofeng (8w) on 70cm/2m and a Motorola CP200 operating on 153.650, while mobile in my vehicle. Is there any reason why a Nagoya magnetic UT-72 or UT308-UV couldn't work for both (not at the same time) providing I have the right adaptors?
